  Request a form by telephone and we shall be happy to fax or post one to you.
   
  We are happy to receive your order on email with your name, delivery address, contact no., product reference codes, description, ring size (if applicable) and price. For added security, we'll call you for your Credit Card Details and complete the transaction by telephone in the normal way.

We accept credit card payment by Mastercard, Visa, VisaDebit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and JCB. Please be sure to have all correct codes, product information and your credit card details to hand before you call. Your credit card will not be debited until the goods have been despatched.

Postage and Packing

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £75. On orders £1- £74.99 a p&p charge of £5.00 will be made for a secure delivery of your goods, within the UK: £7.50 p&p for overseas delivery.

Delivery
We endeavour to despatch the goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Availability
We aim to maintain adequate levels of stock on all of our product lines, however at times it is possible that some lines may be temporarily out of stock. Should your chosen item not be available, we shall contact you by telephone or email.

Exchanges and Refunds
We are confident that our jewellery is made to the highest standard. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, return it to us within fourteen days and we will exchange it or send a refund without delay. We recommend that you use an insured delivery service.


N.B. It is not possible to exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
